If there is a problem with your order please email the team@britebirdbooks.com to discuss a refund or exchange. Due to the nature of digital products being an instant download they are non-refundable. 

Please note that postage times are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for late delivery. Delays can be expected due to the weather, customs, postage strikes, etc. so please allow plenty of time to receive your products.
