Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase from our site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following suppliers.

Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly by email from BookFunnel. PLEASE NOTE: These will be shipped to the email address on file with Shopify. If you do not receive your order, please check your spam folder or Promotions folder.  Please see our FAQs page for more information.

Print books are printed and delivered from our independent printers in the UK or the US. The aim is for you to receive your order the fastest possible way using the most economical postage. Please note that journal and notebook shades may vary due to printing variations.

If your order is damaged or defective we are happy to offer a replacement order. Please contact us within 30 days of your original shipping date.
